I built this to survive without drugs and alcohol, making it possible to rebuild myself. Now I'm giving it to you.

I didn't come from a place that pointed me toward health, wholeness, or hope. My upbringing steered me wrong—into addiction, destruction, and a life I never wanted but didn't know how to escape.

So I designed something radical: a two-year mission to get clean, sober, and completely reconstruct my life. It worked. Not perfectly. Not overnight. But truly. I am living proof that transformation is possible when you have a roadmap, even one you have to draw yourself in the dark.

This is UniverCcity's Two-Year Mission—the exact framework I used to claim the life I deserve.

As you move forward, the foundational practices you established in the first six months of your journey remain unchanged. However, the next phase will deepen your understanding and mastery of yourself. This is an opportunity to expand your arsenal of self‑development tools, allowing you to confront challenges with greater strength and resilience.


One of the key practices you will continue is mirror work. This exercise is about forging a deeper connection with the Universe and your inner self, fostering self‑love. As you stand before your reflection, take a moment to truly engage with the person staring back at you. Spend three minutes gazing into your eyes, acknowledging the unique beauty and profound capabilities that lie within you.

Time: Out 1:15 p.m. · In 3:33 p.m.

Reason: I am going to the grocery store to get milk, then returning after I stop by my sister’s to give her a hand with her storage locker.

Prayer: Universe, keep an eye on me so I can be a productive person on the road, controlling my driving behaviour. Give me the strength to be kind and not succumb to dishonesty while in the store. Thank you.

Goals:

  • I will not drive disrespectfully.
  • I will not let others’ actions affect my mood while on the road.
  • I will maintain my personal space and express gratitude for the privilege of driving..
  • I will keep my sticky fingers to myself.

Achievement: I pulled out of my driveway in the best mood, so happy to feel such drastic changes. Then out of nowhere came a car that was speeding and cut me off from making my turn—then he honked at me! The horn set me off. I hit my brake, then followed him close, letting him know it was him. Then I remembered UniverCcity, so I let off his rear end (but still gave him the finger). Instead of pursuing him like I would have, I took a right to lose him. It was very hard to let it go, however I did it. I had to breathe some deep breaths in order to get myself back, then everything else was fine—helped my sister and got my kids’ milk. I will try harder to catch myself from reacting negatively.

Strength in disciplined behavior is a powerful tool against the biggest enemy: “lust.” Lust is a major factor in self‑control and reclaiming your life. Semen retention replenishes your brain, body, and soul when practiced consistently. Please let me explain the benefits further.

During the first few days your body reacts to the absence of release. You will feel it build up as pressure, a relentless agitation. Your brain starts demanding its old reward—the quick hit of dopamine it received from lust. You must breathe deeply. Visualize the energy and pressure following your breath throughout your body, circulating inside you. Your body will adapt. This is your chance to redeem yourself for all the time you were bound to this quick release. Your chance to give back to yourself. The life force once wasted starts searching for new channels. It fuels your cells, your organs, and reawakens dormant systems.

This is biology: your testosterone levels stabilize and your dopamine receptors begin to reset; your nervous system recalibrates. Your body is forced to evolve into a higher state of operation. You’re moving from a state of instant gratification into a rhythm of inner power. Then the mind begins to notice.

Now it’s time to fast, pray earnestly, meditate, practice deep breathing, take cold showers, and prioritize sleep. Start eating healthier, working out at least 30 minutes a day, be creative, and transmute your sexual energy. Your fingers move energy—so try placing your hands over your private area and using your fingers to draw and circulate energy throughout your body to your brain, in order to awaken your pineal gland. This is the process that will take place over time. As you retain, everything in your life will change. This is your rebirth. You retain; UniverCcity will take care of transforming you over time. Every impulse has two directions:

  • One direction ends in legacy; the other in regret.

Every time you are tempted, you are being asked: “Which man will you feed today?” Conquer the part of you that will lead you nowhere. Direct your impulses toward purpose. Then the direction will multiply.
